- AS YOU MAY KNOW: The band has ceased to be a performing entity (at least for now). Much like the Beatles in 1966, Aw Yeah decided that the crowds were too big, and that the noise from the fans was over-whelming the sounds of the funk. So the beast hibernates for the time being. And much like the caterpillar that goes through the many stages of development (which brings us the great word: "pupa"), the phoenix will perhaps rise again from the flames. In the meantime, here's some highlights of the last summer of YEAH! set to their big hit "7 Letters". What we mean is its a damn music video. A live one. For "7 Letters". Dig it!

"Round the Back - Of The Music", the behind the scenes story of the rise, fall, and eventual total domination of the funky world, is in the process of being shot. Several "up-close" interviews are already in the can, so to speak. The release will be at the same time as the new A.Y. compact disc. Look for in video stores, once it's released. We're also working on some new promo videos to launch us onto the next level. When they're perfected, look for them on the site. In the meantime, check out our first video for We Got the Booty.
